This fantastic sautoir is by fashion legend Valentino. Hailing from the 1980s this is a showy piece but with a wonderfully subtle colour combination fantastic with natural linens and working so well into Autumn tweeds and knitwear. Being predominantly lucite, it is a very light and wearable weight. Valentino worked in Rome from 1962 to 2007. He was known for his spectacular evening wear and incredible cut. Worn by every A lister on the planet, especially Jackie Kennedy [later Onassis]. Valentino's empire continues without him today to continuing acclaim.
