Art Deco cranberry glass and pearl sautoir, with unmarked silver links.

This necklace is possibly French, and has the beautiful cranberry glass bead work normally attributed to Louis Rousselet. As it has no clasp it is difficult to tell. The pearl tassel is interesting because the pearls are a softly graded mix of traditional pearl moving to pale pink and soft butter yellow, each tassel is finished off with a silver bead. It is a very lovely, easy to wear piece.
